Ingredients

3 - 6 ounces of chicken breast meat

1/2 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup of dry sherry

2 teaspoons of garlic powder

2 tablespoons of ketchup

1/4 cup of honey

2 bunches of green onions (cut in 1" lengths)


Directions

Cut chicken into 3/4" cubes. Mix marinade ingredients and combine with chicken for one (1) hour. Thread on bamboo skewers, alternating with green onion.


Cook on grill until chicken is cooked through.
