Ingredients
Cut 2 pints of strawberries
Macerate in 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur
Add 1/2 cup of sugar. Let stand approximately 30 minutes.
Just before serving:
Whip 3/4 cups of whipping cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Whip to stiff peaks. Gently fold in berries.
Place in individual dishes; garnish with a whole berry.
