Shrimp & Crab Ceviche

Ingredients

1/2 pound of bay shrimp

1/2 pound of crab meat

1 tomato, diced

2 jalapeno peppers, diced

1/2 red onion, diced

Cilantro, chopped

2 - 3 Limes, juiced

Salt and Pepper


Directions

Combine all ingredients. Chill for 2 - 3 hours.


Serve with tortilla chips.
