Ingredients
1 - 15 oz. can of creamed corn
1 tsp. minced onion
2 cups of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Pepper
2 oz. shredded Jack cheese
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 tablespoon crumbled Bleu Cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients except Bleu cheese. Heat without allowing to boil; stirring until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with Bleu cheese just before serving.
