Blueberry Muffins by Mark Hartman

Ingredients

3/4 cup of blue berries

1 1/2 cup of flour

2 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 cup + 1/2 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of salt

3/4 cup of milk

1 egg

1/3 cup of melted butter


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together.


Mix wet ingredients and stir together with dry.


Fold in blueberries.


Fill greased muffin pans - 2/3 full.


Bake at 400 degree oven for 20 min.
