Banana Nut Bread by Mark Hartman

Ingredients

1/2 cup of butter (softened)

1 cup of sugar

2 eggs

4 bananas, mashed

2 cups of flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 cup of chopped nuts


Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.


Add bananas and mix well.


Combine dry ingredients. Stir into egg mixture just until moistened.


Stir in nuts.


Pour into loaf pans.


Bake in 350 degree oven for approx. 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
